2023-24 Transportation Form
Click here to print out the 2023-24 Transportation form. Submit the completed form to Chris Garrett in the transportation office. New Student Enrollment

We are not accepting new Open Enrollment (non-residents) at this time. 
The following directions are for residents of the District only. 



Students Enrolling for the remainder of the 
22-23 school year
Please click here to enroll a student who is new to the Logan Elm District and 
will be attending in the current (2022-2023) school year.



For students enrolling in Kindergarten for 2023-2024

1) Complete the Online Registration found  here.

2)  Call one of our current elementary schools to schedule a screening appointment.

Screenings will be held by appointment at McDowell Middle School on March 28th and 29th.
All 2023-2024 Kindergarten classes will be held in our new PK-12 building on our Tarlton Road Campus. 

3)  Please bring the following documents to your screening appointment:

Student's Birth Certificate
Student's  Immunization Record
Student's  Social Security card
Photo ID of parent/guardian
Any applicable custody documents
Proof of Residency--rent receipt, mortgage receipt, property tax statement, or utility bill 
If unable to prove residency, you may be asked to complete the McKinney-Vento affidavit 
to determine if your child may enroll as a student experiencing homelessness


For students enrolling in Grades 1-12 for the 2023-2024 school year

1)   Complete the Online Registration found here. 


2)  Call our District Enrollment Clerk, Cheryl Arnett, at 740-474-7538 to schedule an enrollment appointment.
Appointments will be held beginning June 1, 2023 and will be in the District Enrollment Center (former McDowell Middle School office). 

3)  Please bring the following documents to your enrollment appointment:

Student's Birth Certificate
Student's Immunization Record
Student's Social Security card
Photo ID of parent/guardian
Any applicable custody documents

Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Parents may access their student's grades, fees, schedules, assignments, and more in our online parent portal through "Infinite Campus."   

Using Parent Portal for the First Time
Please email the principal of your child's school and request your activation key.  For parents with more than one student, you will only need to contact one principal as your activation key will link your Parent Portal account to all of your students. 

Forgot your Username or Password
Go to the Parent Portal and click on "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot Username?" and follow the prompts.   If you still have difficulty, please contact your student's principal. 

Pay School Fees and Sports Fees
School fees and sports fees may now be paid online using the parent portal.

2022-2023 Existing Student Registration (Annual Update)
Parents:  Please complete the 2022-2023 Existing Student Registration in the parent portal to update your student's information including address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and to give permission for publicity, field trips and emergency medical authorization for the 2022-2023 school year.  

Directions for completing Existing Student Registration (Annual Update):
  • Log into the parent portal:   
    • Click on this link ----> Parent Portal Link 
    • Click on "Campus Parent" and enter your username and password, then click "Log In" 
  • Click "More" on the left side menu
  • Click on "Online Registration" in the center menu.
  • When the new screen appears, select 2022-2023 School Year Existing Student Registration
  • Click "Start." 
  • Be sure to click the red "Submit" button after you have reviewed and updated the registration.
