In an effort to update parents/guardians about current positive COVID-19 cases within the Logan Elm schools, we will update this table. Due to HIPPA laws, we are limited as to what can be shared. However, we understand that parents would like to be kept informed about positive cases within the Logan Elm School District.
If/when a student or staff member tests positive, the Health Department will perform contact tracing and will notify those who must quarantine and/or be tested due to continued close contact with the person who tested positive.
With the continued use of masks and social distancing, we can help to keep these cases limited, as well as limit the number of staff/students who must quarantine if/when a case arises.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, students and staff should continue to perform daily health checks for the following symptoms:
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Loss of sense of smell and/or taste
- Muscle or body aches
Please keep your child home if they are ill.
If you have any questions, contact the District Superintendent or the District School Nurse.
