Board action. A special meeting will be
required to approve a new carrier prior to the end of the year.

Minutes - Work Session –
Ø The financial reports, reconciliations, and investments as presented.
Ø Accepting the following donations:
- $2,000 from anonymous donors to the Athletic Department for Girl’s Golf
- $500 from an anonymous donor to Girl’s Basketball
- $500 from Randy & Dorothy Haddox (
- $50 from the
Ø The appropriation amendments as presented.
Ø
The Board renewing their annual membership in the Ohio School Boards
Association and subscriptions to association
publications for a fee of $3,585 for 2004.

Membership in the Circleville-Pickaway Chamber of Commerce for 2004.
Ø
The amended bylaws of the Ross County School Employees Insurance Consortium
as presented.
Ø
A resolution determining to proceed with submitting to the electorate a
1% income tax for a continuing period of time to generate 1.8 million dollars
per year for current operating expenses on

Authorizing the Treasurer to advertise for bids for one (1) or more new
buses.

The following personnel as classified substitutes to be used on an as
needed basis for the 2003-04 school year, pending B.C.I. clearance:

Employing Kattie Murray on a supplemental contract for the 2003-04
