The 2023-24 Free/Reduced Meal Application must be completed to receive free/reduced meals and to have school/sports fees waived/reduced.  For those households that are directly certified by ODJFS, please complete only  the last page to have your student's school fees waived/reduced.  Applications may be return to your student's school office.
